A safe space for self-discovery

 

Lucinda does a wonderful job at challenging me to challenge myself. She pushes but in a way that is very inviting/comforting and makes me want to hold myself accountable to things we've discussed. In just a few sessions so far, Lucinda has excelled in challenging me to adopt new perspectives and push myself beyond my comfort zone. She is very versatile in her approach, and matches the energy and comfort of her clients to create an individualized and safe space for self discovery. Lucinda has an uncanny ability to be an empathetic listener and also deliver direct messages.  Lucinda pushes executives and teams to think differently and challenge their assumptions.  Lucinda's vibrant spirit and positive energy created spaces where individuals could be vulnerable and transparent, which helped us engage on important issues and grow together.  She did this well across formats and group sizes, from an all-company meeting to an executive workshop with just a few people.
